2024 Boys Tennis Season Preview
American Conference
Head Coach: Vincent Cannata
Players to watch: Vincent Cannata #1 Singles– Chris Cifani #2 Singles– Jonah Shanholzter #1 Doubles
Season outlook: We are looking forward to a great season. We graduated 4 seniors , however we have 4 players who should be able to fill their shoes. Vincent Cannata looks to build on his performance from last year making districts in Singles and we look to compete with Rever in the American division of the Suburban league.

Season outlook: We have one returning player from last season. While this season may be challenging, we look forward to it and we’re focused on improving and giving our best effort.

Players to watch: Ryan Cargould, freshman, 1st singles
Season outlook: We are an extremely young team with only freshmen and sophomores. We are inexpereienced and not deep. However, there is some talent and they are improving. We will be able to hold our own in most matches.

Players to watch: Luke Butcher, junior, singles– Sawyer Sulzener, freshmen, singles– Oliver Sverko, senior, singles
Season outlook: We are a new team, led by our veteran, junior, Luke Butcher. This season will be full of tennis as we have varsity A, varsity B, and JV teams.

Season outlook: We’re happy to bring back 6 of our 7 starters from last season. We’re hoping for a strong showing from our singles players this year. We bring back 3 experienced doubles players as well and are hoping for a great season!

Players to watch: Arnav Gopinath – Senior – Third Year Captain, Singles– JJ Campbell – Senior– Enrique Isaev – Freshman – Singles
Season outlook: The Bears have been working hard for this upcoming season! They return 6/7 Varsity Starters and gain a key addition to the team with new Freshman Enrique Isaev. Led by 3 year team captain Arnav Gopinath, The Bears will look to challenge the best teams with the goal being to capture the Conference Title.

Season outlook: We should have a fairly strong and solid team!

Season outlook: First year head coach with a young, talented group of boys. Looking forward to watching them grow throughout the next few seasons.

Season outlook: Twinsburg hopes to improve upon last season where we finished towrads the bottom of the division. We have a lot of players back so hopefully our experience will help us out.
