Season outlook: We have a lot of experience on the girls team, and we belive this is the season to accomplish all of their goals

Players to watch: Sarah Lawrence Senior– Hailey Himmelreich Senior– Ava Capper Sophomore
Season outlook: The Girls team is a very young TEAM led by a pair of strong seniors. It will be exciting to see how the girls race and push each other as the season goes along. They are really hoping to continue improving at conference and trying to get out of Districts this October.

Season outlook: All but two of the top 7 girls return this season. We are very young, having just one senior on the team. We have a great group of girls who have committed to building a strong team.

Season outlook: The Lady Minutemen graduated lots of talent and leadership, but have put together the largest team and best summer training in recent memory in preparation for the 2024 season. The team’s blend of experienced runners and new members has created a great atmosphere to start the season. They are looking forward to another year of strong competition within the Suburban League!

Players to watch: Kenzie Zifchak (Senior)– Sadie Yeagley (Sophomore)– Cate Simms (Freshman)
Season outlook: The Rough Riders are rebuilding our team after the loss of nine athletes last season. We have some returning athletes along with some Freshman and track athletes new to the sport. The coaching staff is excited to see how they perform early on and grow throughout the season.

Season outlook: Finished 4th in the Division 2 State Championship last season. We graduated 2 seniors in our top 5 but have our core back. Excited to see how our pack develops (Amelia Ross, Eva Walters, Savannah Walters, Molly Conley, Marina Chase, and Mackenzie Martuccio) and who shines late in the season.

Players to watch: Sydney Speeth Jr.– Kendall Brown Sr.– Lilly Cain Jr.
Season outlook: We lost 13 seniors so we are going to be young and inexperienced.

Players to watch: Katie Will, Junior– Abby Henderson– Maddie Halford
Season outlook: goal is to finish top 3 at leagues, and top 10 at regionals

Season outlook: We have a great group of athletes with good work ethic. We are looking to improve throughout the season and run our best at the end of the year.

Players to watch: Sydney Lader, 10th grade– Morgan Hillman, 10th grade– Ava Miller, 9th grade
Season outlook: We are excited to have back 4 of our varsity runners from last year. We have a very talented freshman class and we plan on returning to the Regional Meet with hopes of running on November 2nd.

Players to watch: Danzi Jones (Junior)– Maddie O’Brien (Sophomore)– Ava Perrotta (Sophomore)
Season outlook: This is a close knit group that has been putting in the miles. We have a young core coming off of a strong track season that we believe will translate to the 5k. I think we’re going to surprise some teams this fall.
